Thisbillprovidesthatanypoliticalsubdivisionthatadoptsanordinance,resolution,regulation,
code,orpolicythatrequirestheinstallationofelectricvehiclechargingstationsatany
nonautomotivefuelingstationbusinessmustpayallcostsassociatedwiththeinstallation,
maintenance,andoperationoftheelectricvehiclechargingstations.Thebillalsoprohibitsany
politicalsubdivisionfromrequiringmorethan5electricvehiclechargingstatesperparkinglotfor
nonautomotivefuelingstations,orinfrastructureforfutureinstallationofmorethan5vehicle
chargingstations,andfurtherstatesthatsuchpolicieswillonlyapplytoparkinglotswithmore
thanthirtyparkingspaces.
