Thisbillprovidesthatanypoliticalsubdivisionthatadoptsan
ordinance,resolution,regulation,code,orpolicythatrequires
theinstallationofelectricvehiclechargingstationsmustpayall
costsassociatedwiththeinstallation,maintenance,andoperation
oftheelectricvehiclechargingstations.
Thebillprohibitsanypoliticalsubdivisionfromrequiringmore
thanfiveelectricvehiclechargingstationsperparkinglot,or
infrastructure forfutureinstallationofmorethanfivevehicle
chargingstations,andthebillfurtherstatesthatsuchpolicies
willonlyapplytoparkinglotswithmorethan30parkingspaces.
Thebillprohibitsanypoliticalsubdivisionfromrequiringany
schoolorreligiousorganizationtoinstallanelectricvehicle
chargingstation.
