Thisbillrepealstherequirementthatcountycommitteesholdtheir
meetingswithintheseatofthecountyinadvanceofprimary
elections,andrepealstherequirementthattheSt.Louiscity
committeechairmaydesignatewherethatcommitteewillmeetonthe
samedayasthecountycommittee.
