Torepealsection115.615,RSMo,andtoenactinlieuthereofonenewsectionrelatingto
countycommitteemeetings.
BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
SectionA.Section115.615,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection115.615,toreadasfollows:
115.615.Inyearswhenaprimaryelectionisheldpursuanttosubsection2ofsection
2115.121,eachcountycommitteeshallmeet[atthecountyseat]onthethirdTuesdayof
3August.Ineachcitynotsituatedinacounty,thecitycommitteeshallmeetonthesameday
4[atsuchplacewithinthecityasthechairofthecurrentcitycommitteemaydesignate]. Inall
5countiesofthefirst,second, andthirdclassification, thecountycourthouseshallbemade
6availableforsuchmeetingsandanyothercountypoliticalpartymeetingatnochargetothe
7partycommittees.Atthemeeting,eachcommitteeshallorganizebyelectingoneofits
8membersaschairandoneofitsmembersasvicechair,amanandawoman,andasecretary
9andatreasurer,amanandawoman,whomayormaynotbemembersofthecommittee.The
10countychairandvicechairsoelectedshallbyvirtuethereofbecomemembersoftheparty
11congressional,senatorial, andjudicialcommitteesofthedistrictofwhichtheircountyisa
12part.
