1212 476.806.1.Interpretersandtranslatorsincivil,juvenile,andcriminalproceedings
1313 2shallbeallowedareasonablefeeapprovedbythecourtandnecessarytravelexpensesnotto
1414 3exceedstaterates.Interpretersshallnotbecompensatedfortraveltime.
1515 4 2.Ifthepersonrequiringaninterpreterortranslatorduringtheproceedingisaparty
1616 5toorawitnessin[anycriminal] theproceeding,suchfeesandexpensesshallbepayableby
1717 6thestatefromfundsappropriatedforsuchpurpose.
