Allows individuals detained in any correctional or local correctional facility to vote at polling places located within the facility if they are registered to vote and are otherwise eligible; provides for polling places within correctional facilities; provides for automatic changes in voter status; includes bi-partisan boards of elections officials and inspectors as persons who may visit correctional facilities.
Relates to the order of candidate and delegate names on primary ballots in the city of New York and provides for a rotation of names in subsequent elections.

Provides that a person is guilty of criminal mischief in the third degree when such person intentionally damages property of another person to promote or suppress a political ideology, or otherwise as an expression of political ideology.
Enacts the "New York slavery era business and state procurement disclosure act"; requires insurers to report insurance policies issued to slaveholders during the slavery era that provided coverage for damage to or death to such slaveholders' slaves; requires contractors seeking to enter into or renew procurement contracts with state agencies to report slavery era financing, investments and profits of slavery.
Provides that the commissioner of motor vehicles shall affix a cost for the sale of registration lists and title information or other records in bulk at the annual cost not to exceed $1,520,000; authorizes such commissioner to impose other requirements; makes related provisions.
Authorizes prescription labels to include symptom or purpose for which the drug is being prescribed if the patient requests from their health care provider that such information be disclosed on the label, with exceptions.
Enacts "the bodega act"; requires the division of criminal justice services to establish a program to provide grants to bodegas, convenience stores and food marts for the purpose of preventing crimes against such businesses including for the installation of panic buttons and surveillance equipment.
