30156 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

32157 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 43 O.S. 2011, Section 110.1, is
33158 amended to read as follows:

35159 Section 110.1 It is the policy of this state to assure that
36160 minor children have frequent and continuing contact with parents who
37161 have shown the ability to act in the best interests of their
38162 children and to encourage parents to share in the righ ts and
39163 responsibilities of rearing their children after the parents have
40164 separated or dissolved their marriage , provided that. The court may
41-consider evidence of the ability of the parents agree to cooperate
42-and that on issues related to their minor children, as well as
43-evidence of domestic violence, stalking, or harassing behaviors
44-harassment as defined in Sectio n 109 of this title are not present
45-in the parental relationship . To effectuate this policy, if

194+behaviors harassment as defined in Section 109 of this title are not
195+present in the parental relationship . To effectuate this policy, if
196+requested by a parent, the court may provide substantially equal

48198 final hearing, unless the court finds that shared parenting would be
49199 detrimental to the child. The court shall issue findings of fact
50-and conclusions of law to support its decision after a final hearing
