28 | 54 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2011, Sec tion 11-314, as | |

35 | 59 | B. The driver of a motor vehic le, upon approaching a stationary | |
36 | 60 | authorized emergency vehicle, a Department of Transportation | |
37 | 61 | maintenance vehicle, a Turnpike Authority maintenance vehicle, a | |
38 | 62 | stationary vehicle that is displaying fla shing lights or a licensed | |
39 | 63 | wrecker that is displaying a flashing amber light, a combination red | |

45 | 95 | driver, the driver shall proceed with due caution and shall, if | |
