3161 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

3362 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1 -731, is
3463 amended to read as follows:

3664 Section 1-731. A. No person shall perform or induce an
3765 abortion upon a pregnant woman unless that person is a physician
3866 licensed to practice medicine in the State of Oklahoma who is board-
3967 certified in obstetrics and gynecology . Any person violating this
