31	61		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

33	62		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1 -731, is
34	63		amended to read as follows:

36	64		Section 1-731. A. No person shall perform or induce an
37	65		abortion upon a pregnant woman unless that person is a physician
38	66		licensed to practice medicine in the State of Oklahoma who is board-
39	67		certified in obstetrics and gynecology . Any person violating this
40	68		section shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imp risonment for
