48 | 59 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
49 | 60 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of l aw to be codified in | |
50 | 61 | the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5061 of Title 63, unless there is | |
51 | 62 | created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
52 | 63 | There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund | |
53 | 64 | for the State Department of Health to be designated the "Oklahoma | |
54 | 65 | Critical Access Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing | |

93 | 105 | A. Limited to the unencumbered balance of the Oklahoma Critical | |
94 | 106 | Access Revolving Fund, any rural hospital that would qualify as a | |
95 | 107 | Critical Access Hospital purs uant to Sections 485.601 through | |
96 | 108 | 485.647 of Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations but for its | |
97 | 109 | proximity to an out-of-state facility, shall be eligible to receive | |
98 | 110 | up to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per fiscal year from the | |
99 | 111 | Oklahoma Critical Acc ess Revolving Fund. | |
100 | 112 | B. The State Department of Health shall promulgate rules | |
101 | 113 | necessary to implement the provisions of this section. | |
102 | 114 | SECTION 3. This act shall become effective July 1, 2021. | |
103 | 115 | SECTION 4. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
104 | 116 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
