112 | 211 | member of the public to handle or otherwise have physical contact | |

114 | 213 | package. Provided, such prohibition shall not preclude an employee | |

276 | 503 | food preparation guidelines. No excessive or punitive rules may be | |
277 | 504 | established by the State Department of Health Authority. | |

279 | 505 | 3. Up to two times a year, the State Department of Health | |
280 | 506 | Authority may inspect a processing operation and determine its | |
281 | 507 | compliance with the p reparation standards. If deficiencies are | |
282 | 508 | found, a written report of the deficiency shal l be issued to the | |
283 | 509 | licensed processor. The licensed processor shall have one (1) month | |
284 | 510 | to correct the deficiency or be subject to a fine of Five Hundred | |
285 | 511 | Dollars ($500.00) for each deficiency. | |
