27	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPL E OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -113, is
30	57		amended to read as follows:

32	58		Section 15-113. A. Any person who knowingly makes or procures
33	59		the making of a false statement in an application submi tted pursuant
34	60		to Sections 15-111 through 15-113 of this title is guilty of a
35	61		misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of Five
36	62		Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each falsified statement. This
37	63		penalty shall be stated on all applications.

39	64		B. 1. Any person who has not been issued a physically disabled
40	65		parking placard pursuant to the provisions of Section 15 -112 of this

42	94		provisions of Section 1135.1 of this title, a disabled veter ans
43	95		license plate pursuant to the provisions of Section 1135.2 of this
44	96		title, a Purple Heart recipient license plate issued pursuant to the
45	97		provisions of Section 1135.2 of this title, a disability sticker

	98	+	issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs and fe deral military
47	99		bases, or a physically disabled placard or licen se plate issued by
48	100		another state, and uses a placard, sticker, or license plate to park
49	101		in a disabled parking place is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
50	102		conviction shall be punished by a fine of Five Hundred Dollars
51	103		($500.00). A person transporting a physi cally disabled person with
52	104		an authorized placard, sticker or license plate, as provided in
53	105		subsection A of Section 11 -1007 of this title, shall be excluded
54	106		from the provisions of this section.

56	107		2. Any person who has been issued a physically disabled parkin g
57	108		placard pursuant to the provisions of Section 15 -112 of this title,
58	109		a physically disabled license plate issued pursuant to the
59	110		provisions of Section 1135.1 of this title, or a disabled veterans
60	111		license plate pursuant to the provisions of Section 1135.2 o f this
61	112		title or a Purple Heart recipient license plate issued pursuant to
62	113		the provisions of Section 1135.2 of this title , and knowingly allows
63	114		the placard or license plate to be used by a perso n not issued the
64	115		placard or license plate as described in parag raph 1 of this

68	145		C. A person who knowingly makes a counterfeit physicall y
69	146		disabled parking placard or physically disabled license plate is
70	147		guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a
71	148		fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each counterfeit placard
72	149		or license plate made by such person.

74	150		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
