79 | 213 | recertification, issuance, or renewal of a certificate or license | |
80 | 214 | for a failure to show proper qualification under the rules or for | |
81 | 215 | violations of any provisions of th is section. A certificate in any | |
82 | 216 | category shall be valid for five (5) years unless suspended, | |
83 | 217 | canceled, or revoked by the Board or until recertification is | |
84 | 218 | required for the category, and may be renewed after successful | |
85 | 219 | completion of recertification requir ements. The Board may require | |
86 | 220 | certified applicators to be recertified once in a five -year period. | |

203 | 413 | shall, upon notice, cancel the license. It shall be unlawful for | |
204 | 414 | the person to engage in the business of applying pe sticides until | |

207 | 416 | H. DAMAGES - 1. Prior to filing an action against an | |
208 | 417 | applicator for damages to growing crops or plants, any person | |

239 | 468 | sell, offer for sale, or distribute within this state any restricted | |
