53 | 108 | codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: | |

56 | 110 | Workforce Development and Finance Act of 2022 ". | |

58 | 111 | SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
59 | 112 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 697.21b of Title 70, unless | |
60 | 113 | there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |

62 | 114 | A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury until July 1, | |
63 | 115 | 2027, a revolving fund for the Health Care Workforce Training | |
64 | 116 | Commission to be designated the "Health Care Workforce Development | |
65 | 117 | Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund , not subject | |
66 | 118 | to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all available | |
67 | 119 | monies: | |
