AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to counties and county officers;
amending 19 O.S. 2021, Section 514.3, wh ich relates
to fingerprinting fees; increas ing fee amount for
fingerprint cards; and pro viding an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 19 O.S. 2021, Section 514.3, is
amended to read as follows:
Section 514.3 The sheriff may charge Five Dollars ($5.00)
Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per card for fingerprinting individuals.
This section shall not be applicable to fingerprinting individuals
pursuant to the Oklahoma Self -Defense Act. All fees collected
pursuant to this section shall be deposited into the Sheriff 's
Service Fee Account.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
