25139 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

27140 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 19 O.S. 2021, Section 514.3, is
28141 amended to read as follows:

30-Section 514.3 The sheriff may charge Five Dollars ($5.00) an
31-amount not to exceed Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per card for
32-fingerprinting individuals. This section shall not be ap plicable to
33-fingerprinting individuals pursuant to the Oklahoma Self -Defense
34-Act. All fees collected pursuan t to this section shall be deposited
35-into the Sheriff's Service Fee Account.
