112 | 108 | | automated driving system is engaged and the ve hicle meets the |
---|
113 | 109 | | following conditions: |

114 | 110 | | 1. If a failure of the automated driving system occurs that |
---|
115 | 111 | | renders that system unable to perform the entire dynamic driving |
---|
116 | 112 | | task relevant to its intended operational design domain, the fully |
---|
117 | 113 | | autonomous vehicle will achieve a minimal risk condition; |
---|
118 | 114 | | 2. The fully autonomous vehicle is capable of operating in |
---|
119 | 115 | | compliance with the applicable traffic and motor vehicle safety laws |
---|
120 | 116 | | and regulations of this state, unless an exemption has been granted |
---|
121 | 117 | | by the Department of Public Safety or its designee; and |
---|
122 | 118 | | 3. When required by federal law, the vehicle bears the required |
---|
123 | 119 | | manufacturer's certification label indicating that at the t ime of |
---|
124 | 120 | | its manufacture it has been certified to be in comp liance with all |
---|
125 | 121 | | applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, including |
---|
126 | 122 | | reference to any exemption granted by the National Highway Traffic |

162 | 157 | | 2. How to safely remove the fully a utonomous vehicle from the |

163 | 158 | | roadway; |
---|
164 | 159 | | 3. How to recognize whether the fully autonomous vehicle is in |
---|
165 | 160 | | autonomous mode and steps to safely tow the vehicle; and |
---|
166 | 161 | | 4. Any additional information the manufacturer or owner deems |
---|
167 | 162 | | necessary regarding the hazardous co nditions or public saf ety risks |
---|
168 | 163 | | associated with the operation of the fully autonomous vehicle. |

169 | 164 | | C. The Department is authorized to promulgate rules regarding |
---|
170 | 165 | | the contents of the law enforcement interaction plan described in |
---|

468 | 457 | | adopt rules as may be necess ary to enter into reciprocity agreements |

469 | 458 | | with foreign countries. The rules shall specify that the dri ver |
---|
470 | 459 | | license standards of the foreign country shall be comparable to |
---|
471 | 460 | | those of this state. The rules sh all also require foreign drive rs, |
---|
472 | 461 | | who are operating a motor vehicle in Oklahoma under such a |
---|
473 | 462 | | reciprocity agreement, t o comply with the compulsory motor vehicle |
---|
474 | 463 | | liability insurance and financial responsibil ity laws of this stat e. |
---|
475 | 464 | | E. When an automated drivi ng system, as defined by Section 1701 |
---|
476 | 465 | | of this title, installed on a motor vehicle i s engaged, the |
