27	51		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	52		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
30	53		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 330.98 of Title 63, unless there
31	54		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

33	55		There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
34	56		for the Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, to
35	57		be designated the "Emergency Management Assistance Compact and
36	58		Rescue Out of State Deployments Revolving Fund ". The fund shall be
37	59		a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall
38	60		consist of all monie s deposited to the credit of the fund by law.
39	61		All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby
40	62		appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of
41	63		Emergency Management and Homeland Security for the direct

45	94		Compact Guidelines. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon

47	96		prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and
48	97		Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
