2751 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2952 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
3053 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 330.98 of Title 63, unless there
3154 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

3355 There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
3456 for the Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, to
3557 be designated the "Emergency Management Assistance Compact and
3658 Rescue Out of State Deployments Revolving Fund ". The fund shall be
3759 a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall
3860 consist of all monie s deposited to the credit of the fund by law.
3961 All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby
4062 appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of
4163 Emergency Management and Homeland Security for the direct

4291 reimbursement of participating entities deployed through the
4392 Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security
4493 that is consistent with the federal Emergency Management Assistance
4594 Compact Guidelines. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon
4695 warrants issued by the State Treasurer ag ainst claims filed as
4796 prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and
