94	114		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
95	115		A. Upon the effective date of this act, all medical mariju ana
96		-	flower, trim, shake, kief, medical marijuana product, or other
97		-	flower-based product not defined a s a concentrate, shall be sold by
98		-	licensed medical marijuana processors and licensed medical marijuana
99		-	commercial growers to licensed medical marijuana dispensaries only
100		-	in pre-packaged form in package sizes weighi ng not less than one-
101		-	half (1/2) of one (1) gram to not more than three (3) ounces.
102		-	B. Nonopaque materials may be used when packaging medical
103		-	marijuana flower provided all other packaging and labeling
104		-	requirements for medical marijuana products sold in the State of
105		-	Oklahoma are met and it is placed in an opaque container before

107	153		C. The display and smelling of medical marijuana shall be
108	154		allowed pursuant to cu rrent Oklahoma law.
109	155		SECTION 3. This act shall become effective January 1, 2023.
