5548 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5649 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 14 -113.2, is
5750 amended to read as follows:
5851 Section 14-113.2. A. The 1. A voter who receives an absentee

93-3. The voter shall fill out completely and sign the a ffidavit

10294 envelope bearing the affidavit and return both envelopes, sealed
10395 inside the return envel ope, by United States mail or by a private
10496 mail service, provided such service has delivery documentation, to
10597 the county election board in the same manner described in Section
10698 14-108 of this title.
10799 B. No person, except members of absentee voting boards, s hall
108100 witness the signature of more than five affidavits of persons who
109101 swear they are physically incapacitated and unable to vote in person
110102 at their precinct on election day. No person who is a cand idate for
111103 an office on the ballot or who is related withi n the third degree of
112104 consanguinity or affinity to a candidate on the ballot may witness
113105 any absentee ballot af fidavit.
114106 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.
115107 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
116108 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
109+declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
110+be in full force from and after its passage and app roval.
