233 | 384 | patient licensee for c ultivating medical marijuana in exc ess of the | |
234 | 385 | actual costs incurred in cultivating the medical marijuana. | |

236 | 386 | M. All applicants shall be eighteen (18) years of age or older. | |

1948 | 3107 | D. Submission of an application for a medical marijuana waste | |
1949 | 3108 | disposal license shall co nstitute permission for entry to and | |
1950 | 3109 | inspection of the facility of the lic ensee during hours of operation | |
1951 | 3110 | and other reasonable t imes. Refusal to permit such entry of | |
1952 | 3111 | inspection shall constitute grounds for the nonrenewal, suspension | |
1953 | 3112 | or revocation of a lic ense. The Authority may perform an annual | |
1954 | 3113 | unannounced on-site inspection of the operations and any facility of | |
1955 | 3114 | the licensee. If the Authority receives a complaint concerning | |
1956 | 3115 | noncompliance by a licensee with the provisions of this act the | |
1957 | 3116 | Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Waste Management Act , the Authority may | |

1975 | 3157 | public health or safety requires emergency action, issue a temporary | |
1976 | 3158 | permit for treatment or storage of medical marijuana waste for a | |
1977 | 3159 | period not to exceed ninety (90) days. | |

1979 | 3160 | F. The cost of a medical marijuana waste disposal license shall | |
