181296 trusts, task forces or study groups supported in whole or part by
182297 public funds or entruste d with the expenditure of public funds for
183298 purposes of conferring on matters pertaining to economic
184299 development, including the transfer of property, financing, or the
185300 creation of a proposal to entice a business to remain or to locate
186301 within their jurisdict ion if public disclosure of the matter
187302 discussed would interfere with the development of products or
188303 services or if public disclosure would violate the confidentiality
189304 of the business;

191305 12. The Oklahoma Indigent Defense System Board for purposes of
192306 discussing negotiating strategies in connection with making possible
193307 counteroffers to offers to contract to provide legal representation
194308 to indigent criminal defendants and indigent juveniles in cases for

208346 D. Except as otherwise specified in this subsection, an
209347 executive session for the purpose of discussing the purchase or
210348 appraisal of real property shall be limited to members of the public
211349 body, the attorney for the public body and the immediate staff of
212350 the public body. No landowner, real estate salesperson, broker,
213351 developer or any other person who may profit directly or indirectly
214352 by a proposed transaction concerning real property which is under
215353 consideration may be present or participate in the executive
216354 session, unless they are operating under an existing agreement to
217355 represent the public body.

219356 E. No public body may go into an executive session unless the
220357 following procedures are strictly complied with:

224358 1. The proposed executive session is noted on the agenda as
225359 provided in Section 311 of this title;

227360 2. The executive session is authorized by a majority vote of a
228361 quorum of the members present and the vote is a recorded vote; and

231363 State Banking Board and the Oklahoma Savings and Loan Board, and
232364 which are required by state or federal law to be confidential, any
233365 vote or action on any item of business considered in an executive
234366 session shall be taken in public meetin g with the vote of each
235367 member publicly cast and recorded.

382605 any act encompassed by the definitions set forth in Section 1268.1

385607 D. 1. Public educational institutions may keep confidential
386608 campus security plans. An institution or agency may i n its
387609 discretion release information contained in or related to the campus
388610 security plan in order to design or implement the plan.

390611 2. Nothing in this subsection shall preclude an institution or
391612 agency within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education f rom
392613 collecting and releasing information relating to campus crime
393614 statistics and campus security policies as is required pursuant to
394615 the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus
395616 Crime Statistics Act, 20 U.S.C. 1092(f).
