| 48 | 49 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 49 | 50 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 50 | 51 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 353.1c of Title 59, unless there | |
| 51 | 52 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 52 | 53 | A pharmacist licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy may | |
| 53 | 54 | prescribe nonprescription drugs in accordance with state and federal | |
| 54 | 55 | laws and rules that are to be used for compounding of | |
| 55 | 56 | nonprescription ingredients. The prescription shall only be valid | |
| 56 | 57 | at the pharmacy where such pharmacist is employed or under contract. | |
| 57 | 58 | The Board may promulgate rules to implement this section. | |
