3361 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

3562 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
3663 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 24-100.10 of Title 70, unless
3764 there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:

3965 A. Beginning July 1, 2023, school districts and charter schools
4066 that serve any students in grades seven through twelve and issue
4167 student identification cards shall have printed on either side of

55103 B. It is the intent of the Legislature that beginning July 1,
56104 2023, institutions within The Oklahoma State System of Higher
57105 Education and private institutions of higher education in the state
58106 that issue student identification cards may print on either side of
59107 the student identification cards the telephone number s described in
60108 paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 of this subsection:

76147 do not comply with subsections A and B of t his section, as
77148 applicable, as of July 1, 2023, the school or institution of higher
78149 education may issue the non-compliant student identification cards
79150 until the supply is depleted.

81151 D. Subsections A and B of this section shall apply to a student
82152 identification card issued for the first time to a student and to a
83153 student identification card issued to replace a damaged or lost
84154 student identification card.

86155 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 202 2.
