2757 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STAT E OF OKLAHOMA:

2958 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 67 O.S. 2021, Section 305, is
3059 amended to read as follows:

3260 Section 305. There is hereby re-created until July 1, 2021
3361 2025, in accordance with the Oklahoma Sunse t Law, the Archives and
3462 Records Commission, hereinafter referr ed to as the Commission, to be
3563 composed of one member to be ap pointed by the Governor who shall
3664 serve as Chairman, the State Librarian as Vice Chairman and
3765 Secretary, the Lieutenant Governor, th e State Auditor and Inspector
3866 and the State Treasurer as membe rs. Any member may appoint and

3994 designate a subofficer or empl oyee as his or her proxy for purposes
4095 of carrying on the duties of the Commission. The Commission shall
4196 have sole, entire and exclusive au thority of the disposition for all
4297 public records and a rchives of state officers, departm ents, boards,
4398 commissions, agencies and institutions of this state. The authority
4499 herein granted shall not apply to records and archives of po litical
45100 subdivisions of the state; provided, howeve r, this act Section 305
46101 et seq. of this title shall not apply to the confidential records

49102 and files of the Oklahoma Tax Commission which are exe mpt from all

55107 be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
