112	53		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
113	54		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2011, Secti on 3285, is
114	55		amended to read as follows:
115	56		Section 3285. The Oklahoma State University Medical Authority
116	57		shall submit an annual report to the Governor, the President Pro
117	58		Tempore of the Senate and, the Speaker of the House of
118	59		Representatives, the chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee
119	60		and the chair of the House Appropriations and Budget Committee .
120	61		Such report shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements
121	62		for financial statement audits in Section 212A of Title 74 of the
122	63		Oklahoma Statutes, and sh all include an account of the operations
123	64		and actions of the Authority and an accounting of all revenue
124		-	received and disbursed by the Authority for the previous fiscal
125		-	year. The report shall include an accounting of expenses related to
126		-	each of the following:

153	95		1. Education and training of students of the Oklahoma State
154	96		University, resident physicians and others;
155	97		2. Care and treatment of patients for whom the Authority
156	98		receives any form of state or federal reimbursement; and
157	99		3. Research.
158	100		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
