2856 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 68 O.S. 2021, Section 6005, is
2957 amended to read as follows:

3158 Section 6005. A. For fiscal years beginning prior to July 1,
3259 1999, all revenues derived pursuant to the provisions of S ections
3360 6001 through 6007 of this titl e shall be paid monthly by the
3461 Oklahoma Tax Commission to the State Treasu rer and placed to the
3562 credit of the General Revenue Fund to be paid out pursuant to direct
3663 appropriation by the Legislatur e.

3864 B. 1. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, fifty

4093 Sections 6001 through 6007 of th is title shall be paid monthly by

4999 2. For fiscal year 2001 thro ugh fiscal year 2015 For the fiscal

54104 shall be placed to the credit of the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission

69144 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2022.

72146 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
73147 declared to exist, by reason whereo f this act shall take effect and
