26	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPL E OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 68 O.S. 2021, Section 6005, is
29	57		amended to read as follows:

31	58		Section 6005. A. For fiscal years beginning prior to July 1,
32	59		1999, all revenues derived pursuant to the provisions of S ections
33	60		6001 through 6007 of this titl e shall be paid monthly by the
34	61		Oklahoma Tax Commission to the State Treasu rer and placed to the
35	62		credit of the General Revenue Fund to be paid out pursuant to direct
36	63		appropriation by the Legislatur e.

38	64		B. 1. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, fifty
39	65		percent (50%) of all revenues derived pursuant to the provisions of

49	99		2. For fiscal year 2001 thro ugh fiscal year 2015 For the fiscal
50	100		year beginning July 1, 2022, and all subsequent fiscal years , one
51	101		hundred percent (100%) of the reven ues derived pursuant to the
52	102		provisions of Sections 6001 through 6007 of t his title shall be paid
53	103		monthly by the Oklahoma Tax Commission to the State T reasurer and
54	104		shall be placed to the credit of the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission
55	105		Revolving Fund.

57	106		3. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and for each
58	107		fiscal year thereafter, the f irst Four Million Five Hundred Thousa nd
59	108		Dollars ($4,500,000.00) of t he revenues each fiscal year derived
60	109		pursuant to the provisions of Sections 6001 through 6007 of this
61	110		title shall be paid by the Tax Commission to the State Treasurer and
62	111		placed to the credit of the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commi ssion
63	112		Revolving Fund, and all s uch revenues derived each fis cal year in
64	113		excess of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,500,000.00)
65	114		shall be paid by the Tax Commission to the State Treasurer and
66	115		placed to the credit of the General Revenue Fund to be paid out
67	116		pursuant to direct appropriation by the Legislat ure.
