McEntire of the House
An Act relating to recovery of Medicaid paym ents;
repealing Section 2, Chapter 14, 1 st Extraordinary
Session, O.S.L. 2013 (12 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section
994.2), which relates to recovery of Medicaid
payments by Oklahoma Health Care Authority ; and
providing an effective date .
AUTHOR: Remove McEntire as Principal Author and substitute
with Martinez
AMENDMENT NO. 1. Strike the title, enacting clause, and entire bill
and insert:
"An Act relating to civil procedure; repealing 12
O.S. 2021, Section 1438, which relates to award of
certain fees and costs; and providing an effective
date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OK LAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 12 O.S. 2021, Section 1438, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 202 2."
