2957 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STAT E OF OKLAHOMA:

3158 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 22 O.S. 2011, Section 1181, is
3259 amended to read as follows:

3460 Section 1181. Any officer not subject to impeachment elected or
3561 appointed to any state, county, township, city, town , or other
3662 office under the laws of the state may, in the manner provided in
3763 this article, be removed from office for any of the following
3864 causes:

4065 First. Habitual or willful neglect of duty , which, for a state
4166 officer, shall include, but not be limited to, knowingly giving
