61 | 106 | B. Immunizations required, and the manner and frequency of | |
62 | 107 | their administration, as prescribed by th e State Board Commissioner | |
63 | 108 | of Health, shall conform to recognized standard medical practices in | |
64 | 109 | the state. The State Department of He alth shall supervise and | |
65 | 110 | secure the enforcement of the required immunization program. The | |
66 | 111 | State Department of Education a nd the governing boards of the school | |
67 | 112 | districts of this state shall render reasonable assistance to the | |
68 | 113 | State Department of Health in the enforcement of the provisions | |
69 | 114 | hereof. | |

71 | 115 | C. The State Board of Health Commissioner, by rule, may alter | |
72 | 116 | the list of immunizations required after notice and hearing. Any | |
73 | 117 | change in the list of immunizations required shall be submitted to | |
74 | 118 | the next regular session of the Legislature and such change shall | |
75 | 119 | remain in force and effect unless and until a concurrent resolution | |

89 | 158 | of the school distric ts of this state shall provide for release t o | |

93 | 160 | school children covere d under Title XIX or Title XXI of the federal | |
94 | 161 | Social Security Act who have not received the required immunizations | |
95 | 162 | at the appropriate time. The information received pursuant to such | |
96 | 163 | release shall be transmitted by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority | |
97 | 164 | to medical providers who provide services to such children pursuant | |
98 | 165 | to Title XIX or Title XXI to assist in their efforts to incr ease the | |
99 | 166 | rate of childhood immunizations pur suant to the requirements of the | |
100 | 167 | Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EP SDT) | |
101 | 168 | services provisions. The provisions of this subsection shall not be | |
102 | 169 | construed to prohibit or affect the eligibility of any child to | |
103 | 170 | receive benefits pursuant to Title XIX or Title XXI of the Social | |
