An Act relating to the Military Department of the 
State of Oklahoma; allowing certain federal programs 
to be regarded as indivi dual purchasing entity under 
certain conditions; providing for codification; and 
declaring an emergency . 
 
 
 
 
AMENDMENT NO. 1.  Delete the title, enacting clause and 
entire bill and replace with: 
 
"An Act relating to the Military Department of the 
State of Oklahoma; allowing certain federal programs 
to be regarded as individual purchasing entity under 
certain conditions; providing for codification; and 
declaring an emergency. 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 233.12 of Title 44, unless there 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
For the determination of compliance with limits set forth in the 
Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act, each federal program administered 
by the Military Department of the State of Oklahoma shall, if the

agency has a Certified Procurement Officer assigned to each program 
and makes purchases in compliance with internal purchasing 
procedures of the Military Department, be regarded as an individual 
purchasing entity. 
SECTION 2.  It being immediately necessary for the preservation 
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby 
declared to exist, by reason where of this act shall take effect and 
be in full force from and after its passage and approval. "

Office of Management and Enterprise Services, be regarded as an 
individual purchasing entity.
