50+AMENDMENT NO. 1. Delete the title, enacting clause and
51+entire bill and replace with:

53+"An Act relating to the Military Department of the
54+State of Oklahoma; allowing certain federal programs
55+to be regarded as individual purchasing entity under
56+certain conditions; providing for codification; and
57+declaring an emergency.

62+BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
63+SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
64+in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 233.12 of Title 44, unless there
65+is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
66+For the determination of compliance with limits set forth in the
67+Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act, each federal program administered
68+by the Military Department of the State of Oklahoma shall, if the
