2755 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2956 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 124, O.S.L.
3057 2020 (20 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section 130), is amended to read as

3359 Section 130. The use of videoconferencing technology, or the
3460 equivalent thereof, in the district courts is hereby au thorized in
3561 all stages of civil or criminal proceedings and shall be governed by
3662 the Rules for District Courts of Oklahoma ; provided, however, such
3763 technology shall not be used in a jury trial or a trial before a
3864 judge.
