27	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 124, O.S.L.
30	57		2020 (20 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section 130), is amended to read as
31	58		follows:

33	59		Section 130. The use of videoconferencing technology, or the
34	60		equivalent thereof, in the district courts is hereby au thorized in
35	61		all stages of civil or criminal proceedings and shall be governed by
36	62		the Rules for District Courts of Oklahoma ; provided, however, such
37	63		technology shall not be used in a jury trial or a trial before a
38	64		judge.
