29	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

31	58		SECTION 1. From the funds appropr iated to the Oklahoma
32	59		Historical Society in Enrolled House Bill No. 1004 of the 1st
33	60		Extraordinary Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature, the Oklahoma
34	61		Historical Society is hereby authorized to expend Two Hundred Four
35	62		Thousand Dollars ($204,000.00) for increased aid to affiliate sites
36	63		across the state. These funds shall be in addition to previous
37	64		years’ budgeted funds, and sha ll not be used to supplant such funds.

39	65		SECTION 2. From the funds appropr iated to the Oklahoma

41	94		Extraordinary Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature, the Oklahoma
42	95		Historical Society is hereby authorized to expend Five Million
43	96		Dollars ($5,000,000.00) for operations to the Native American
44	97		Cultural and Educational Authority for fiscal years 2024 and 2025.

48	98		SECTION 3. From the funds appropr iated to the Oklahoma
49	99		Historical Society in Enrolled House Bill No. 1004 of the 1st
50	100		Extraordinary Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature, the Oklahoma
51	101		Historical Society shall transfer Eighteen Million Dollars
52	102		($18,000,000.00) to the Oklahoma Museum of Popular Culture
53	103		Supplemental Revolvin g Fund, created in Enrolled Senate Bill No. 22
54	104		of the 1st Extraordinary Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature .

56	105		SECTION 4. Appropriations made to the Oklahoma Historical
57	106		Society by Enrolled House Bill No. 1004 of the 1st Extraordinary
58	107		Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature, not including
59	108		appropriations made for capital outlay purpo ses, may be budgeted for
60	109		the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 (hereafter FY-24), or may be
61	110		budgeted for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 (hereafter FY-25).
62	111		Funds budgeted for FY-24 may be encumbered only through June 30,
63	112		2024, and must be expended by November 15, 2024. Any funds
64	113		remaining after November 15, 2024, and not budgeted for F Y-25, shall
65	114		lapse to the credit of the proper fund for the then curre nt fiscal
66	115		year. Funds budgeted for FY-25 may be encumbered only through June
67	116		30, 2025. Any funds remaining after November 15, 2025, shall lapse
68	117		to the credit of the proper fund for the then current fiscal year.

69	145		These appropriations shall not be budgeted in both fiscal years
70	146		simultaneously. Funds budgeted in FY-24, and not required to pay
71	147		obligations for that fiscal year, ma y be budgeted for FY-25, after
72	148		the agency to which the funds have been appropriated has prepared
73	149		and submitted a budget work program revision removing these funds
74	150		from the FY-24 budget work program and after such revision ha s been
75	151		approved by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
