53	56		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
54	57		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 28 O.S. 2021, Section 152.1, is
55	58		amended to read as foll ows:
56	59		Section 152.1 A. In civil cases, th e court clerk shall collect
57	60		and deposit in the court fund the following charges in addition to
58	61		the flat fee:
59	62		1. For posting notices and filing
60	63		certificates required by statute...............$30.00
61		-	2. For the filing of any coun terclaim or
62		-	setoff pursuant to Section 175 8 of
63		-	Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes..............$20.00

147	149		The fees prescribed in paragraph s 5 and 6 of this subsecti on
148	150		shall be paid by the court clerk into t he Sheriff’s Service Fee
149	151		Account, created pursuant to the provisions of Section 514.1 of
150	152		Title 19 of the Oklah oma Statutes, of the sheriff in the county
151	153		where service is made or attempted or where the sheriff ’s sale
152	154		occurs. All other fees shall be deposit ed into the local court fund
153	155		in the county where collected.
154	156		B. The fee prescribed in paragraph 7 of subsectio n A of this
155	157		section shall be paid at the time of the pretrial conference by th e
156	158		party requesting a jury.
157	159		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023.
158	160		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservati on
159	161		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
