28 | 52 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
29 | 53 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3278.1 of Title 63, unless there | |
30 | 54 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |

33 | 56 | fund for the Oklahoma State University Medical Authority to be | |
34 | 57 | designated the "Oklahoma State University Medical Author ity | |
35 | 58 | Behavioral Health Workforce Development Fund". The fund shall be a | |
36 | 59 | continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall | |
37 | 60 | consist of appropriated revenues and private endowments. All monies | |
38 | 61 | accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby a ppropriated and may | |
39 | 62 | be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma State University Medical | |

57 | 106 | B. The Oklahoma State University Medical Authority shall | |
58 | 107 | prepare a report for the Legislature on the results of the first | |
59 | 108 | year of funding, including the number of professionals retained and | |
60 | 109 | recruited, and the expected benefits of the program. The report | |
61 | 110 | shall be delivered to relevant health care committee and | |
62 | 111 | appropriations subcommittee chairs following the first full year of | |
63 | 112 | implementation. | |
