27	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 20 O.S. 2021, Section 1211, is
30	57		amended to read as follows :
31		-
32	58		Section 1211. The board of trustees shall meet once each month
33	59		quarterly and at such other times as they may appoint, at a place to
34	60		be appointed for that purpose. A majority of all their number shall
35	61		constitute a quorum for business.

37	62		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023.

39	63		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary f or the preservation
40	64		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
