59 | 103 | SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1 -515, is | |

62 | 105 | Section 1-515. A. Every physician, physician assistant, or | |
63 | 106 | Advanced Practice Registered Nurse attending a pregnant woman in | |
64 | 107 | Oklahoma this state during gestation shall, in the case of each | |
65 | 108 | woman so attended, take or cause to be taken a sample of blood of | |
66 | 109 | such woman at the time of first examination, and shall submit such | |
67 | 110 | sample to an approved laboratory for a standar d serological test for | |
68 | 111 | syphilis, when indicated by current guidance of the Centers for | |
