160	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:
161	58		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
162	59		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 431.1 of Title 63, unless there
163	60		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
164	61		A. Upon the effective date of this act, all me dical marijuana
165	62		flower, trim, shake, kief, medical marijuana product, or other
166	63		flower-based product not defined as a concentrate, shall be sold by
167	64		licensed medical marijuana processors and licensed medical marijuana
168	65		commercial growers to licensed medical m arijuana dispensaries only
169		-	in pre-packaged form in package sizes weighing not less than one -
170		-	half (1/2) of one (1) gram to not more than three (3) ounces.
171		-	B. Nonopaque materials may be used when packaging medical
172		-	marijuana flower provided all other packagi ng and labeling

202	100		C. The display and smelling of medical marijuana shall be
203	101		allowed pursuant to Section 421 of Title 63 of the Ok lahoma
204	102		Statutes.
205	103		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
