63 | + | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 4 -101, is | |

108 | + | misdemeanor and has no remaining time to serve, | |
109 | + | including: | |
110 | + | (1) any incomplete term of incarceration, | |
111 | + | (2) any remaining parole or supervision, or | |
112 | + | (3) any incomplete period of probation, or | |
113 | + | d. been granted a pardon pursuant to federal or state law | |
114 | + | and have no other outstanding sentence under any other | |
115 | + | felony conviction; and | |
116 | + | 2. Any person who has been adjudged to be an incapacitated | |
117 | + | person as such term is defined by Section 1 -111 of Title 30 of the | |
118 | + | Oklahoma Statutes shall be ineligible to register to vote. When | |
