BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A n ew section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 15-133 of Title 47, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: For the purpose of this section, "motorcycle profiling " means the discriminatory use of the fact that a person rides a motorcycle or wears motorcycle-related paraphernalia as a factor in deciding to stop and question, take enforcement action, arrest , or search a person or vehicle with or without a legal basis under the United States Constitution or the Oklahoma State Constitution. Law enforcement agencies shall not enga ge in motorcycle profiling in this state. SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 20 23. ENGR. H. B.
