175+BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
176+SECTION 4. NEW LAW A n ew section of law to be codified
177+in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 15-133 of Title 47, unless there
178+is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
179+For the purpose of this section, "motorcycle profiling " means
180+the discriminatory use of the fact that a person rides a motorcycle
181+or wears motorcycle-related paraphernalia as a factor in deciding to
182+stop and question, take enforcement action, arrest , or search a
183+person or vehicle with or without a legal basis under the United
184+States Constitution or the Oklahoma State Constitution. Law
185+enforcement agencies shall not engage in motorcycle profiling in
186+this state.
187+SECTION 5. This act shall become effective November 1, 20 23.
