57	54		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
58	55		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
59	56		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 90.28 of Title 25, unless there
60	57		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
61	58		The 12th day of June of each year is hereby designated a s "Women
62	59		Veterans Appreciation Day " in Oklahoma. All citizens of this state
63	60		are requested to devot e some portion of Women Veterans Appreciation
64	61		Day to honor all the women who have served in any capacity as a
65	62		member of the Armed Forces of the United States .
	63	+	SECTION 2. It being immediately nece ssary for the preservation
	64	+	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
