2351 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2552 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-1002.2, is
2653 amended to read as follows:

2854 Section 1-1002.2 The State Board of Health shall promulgate
2955 rules establishing re quirements for retailers of bunk beds which
3056 shall include, but not be limited to, requirements that Retailers of
3157 bunk beds shall comply with the following requirements:

3358 1. Each set of bunk beds must be posted with an indelible
3459 warning which conforms with American Society for Testing and
3560 Materials Voluntary Standards International or U.S. Consumer Product
3661 Safety Commission Standards; and

3862 2. No retailer shall se ll a set of bunk beds which does not
3963 limit the space between the lower edge of the guard rail and the
