50	59		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE S TATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	60		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2021, Section 250.4, is
52	61		amended to read as follows:
53		-	Section 250.4 A. Pursuant to provisions of the Constitution of
54		-	the State of Oklahoma from and after the b eginning date of a term of
55		-	office which commences in, or after, during the period from January
56		-	2016 through December 202 4, the following officers of t he State of
57		-	Oklahoma shall be annually compensated for their servi ces, payable
58		-	monthly, as follows:
59		-	1. The Governor shall receive a salary of One Hundred Forty -
60		-	seven Thousand Dollars ($147,000.00);

	63	+	State of Oklahoma from and af ter the beginning date of a term of

139		-	1. The Governor shall receive a salary equal to the salary
140		-	received by the Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court;
141		-	2. The Attorney General shall receive a salary equal to the
142		-	salary received by the Presiding Judge of the Court of Criminal
143		-	Appeals;
144		-	3. The following shall receive a salary equal to the salary
145		-	received by a district judge:
146		-	a. the Lieutenant Governor,
147		-	b. the State Superintendent of Public Instruction,
148		-	c. the State Treasurer,
149		-	d. the State Auditor and Inspector,
150		-	e. the State Insurance Commissio ner,
151		-	f. the Commissioner of Labor , and
152		-	g. each member of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
153		-	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
