An Act relating to statutes and reports; requiring
renaming of existing title of the Oklahoma Statutes;
designating name of existing title; directing
publisher to reflect modification of name in
electronic and other products; providing for
codification; providing an effective date; an d
declaring an emergency .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new s ection of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 193 of Title 75, unless there is
created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
The publisher of the Oklahoma Statutes shall rename the existing
Title 3 of the Oklahoma Statutes a s "Aerospace, Aircraft, and
Aviation Infrastructure ". The renaming shall be reflected in all
versions of the Oklahoma Statutes and Supplement Volumes or other
publications produced related to the Oklahoma Statutes .
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.

SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is her eby
declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
