26	51		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28	52		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
29	53		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 193 of Title 75, unless there is
30	54		created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

32	55		The publisher of the Oklahoma Statutes shall rename the existing
33	56		Title 3 of the Oklahoma Statutes as "Aerospace, Aircraft, and
34	57		Aviation Infrastructure". The renaming shall be reflected in all
35	58		versions of the Oklahoma Statutes and Supplement Volumes or other
36	59		publications produced related to the Oklahoma Statutes.

38	60		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.

40	61		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
41	62		of the public peace, health or safety, an emerg ency is hereby
