55	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
56	53		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
57	54		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 90.28 of Title 25, unless there
58	55		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
59	56		The third full week of April each year is hereby designated as
60	57		"Healthy Soils Week" to be observed throughout the state as a week
61	58		to celebrate and raise awareness for the importance of soil health
62	59		to Oklahoma agriculture and in recognition of family farmers.
63	60		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
