144 | 260 | Uniform Securities Act of 2004 and suc h other data and information | |
145 | 261 | as may be deemed necessary or appropriate. The Commissio n is hereby | |
146 | 262 | authorized to publish such report, and the Administrator may sell | |
147 | 263 | copies of such report at such price as is reas onably sufficient to | |
148 | 264 | defray the expenses of th e Department in preparing, publishing, and | |
149 | 265 | disseminating the same. Each member of the Commission shall have | |
150 | 266 | unrestricted access to all offices and records und er the | |
151 | 267 | jurisdiction of the Department. The Commiss ion, or a majority | |

164 | 305 | and thoroughly familiar with corp orate organization, investment | |
165 | 306 | banking, investment trusts, the sale of securities, and the | |
166 | 307 | statistical details of the manufacturing industries and commerce of | |
167 | 308 | this state. In additio n, the Administrator shall : | |

169 | 309 | 1. Be a graduate of an accredited law school and a member of | |
170 | 310 | the Oklahoma Bar Assoc iation, or shall have had ten (10) years’ | |
171 | 311 | experience as a certified publi c accountant; and | |

173 | 312 | 2. Have at least three (3) years ’ work experience involving | |
174 | 313 | some aspect of the securities industry. The Commission may also | |
175 | 314 | require additional qualifications. The salary of the Administrator | |
176 | 315 | shall be fixed by the Commission. | |

238 | 414 | Securities and Exchange Commission, a proceeding brought by the | |
