61	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
62	58		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
63	59		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
64	60		The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services
65	61		shall transfer on the effective date of this act the s um of One
66	62		Hundred Forty-five Million Dollars ($145,000,000.00) of the funds
67	63		appropriated to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce by Section 1 of
	64	+	Enrolled House Bill No. 1038 of the 1st Extraordinary Session of the
	65	+	59th Oklahoma Legislature to the Progressing Rural Economic

167		-	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE ST ATE OF OKLAHOMA:
